- Service slots are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking in case of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of staff.
- Payment can be made online or in cash after the service.
- Prices mentioned on the website are final and inclusive of basic charges.
- Any additional requests (like hair coloring, styling, or grooming add-ons) may include extra charges, which will be informed in advance.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Last-minute cancellations may attract a small cancellation fee.
In case of service cancellation from our side, full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
